ASA American Suppliers Association

SWA Southern Wholesalers Association

Who Is SWA? The Southern Wholesalers Association is the largest of the regional associations affiliated with the American Supply Association. SWA’s membership includes more than 950 locations throughout the southern states of: Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia Bahamas/Caribbean Islands. Since its establishment in 1928, SWA has been an influential factor in the dissemination of information and in developing industry benefiting programs and activities. AIM/R

Where rep professionals come to succeed. AIM/R membership delivers the resources that professional, independent business owners need to elevate the bar for their agencies. It provides the ideal forum for deepening the communications, understanding and respect between rep and manufacturer business partners. The Association of Independent Manufacturers’/Representatives, Inc. AIM/R is the advocate and the voice of manufacturers’ representatives. ASPE American Society of Plumbing Engineers

The American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE) is dedicated to promoting the plumbing engineering profession to increase career opportunities for our members as well as protecting the health of people around the world through the delivery of safe, sustainable drinking water and sanitation systems. ASPE History. September 18, 2014 marked the 50th anniversary of the incorporation of the American Society of Plumbing Engineers. From a small group of forward-thinking plumbing industry professionals in Southern California, the Society has grown into a leading voice in the global plumbing engineering community, with more than 6,300 members internationally and a strong presence in the worldwide construction industry.

The American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE) is the international organization for professionals skilled in the design, specification and inspection of plumbing systems. PHCC Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors Association

BEST PEOPLE. BEST PRACTICES.® The premiere organization for the p-h-c professional, PHCC provides legislative advocacy, education and training to approximately 3,300 plumbing and HVACR open shop and union businesses and 65,000 technicians. PHCC members work in the residential, commercial, new construction, industrial and service and repair segments of the construction industry. NAHB National Association of Home Builders

About NAHB. Mission Statement. NAHB strives to protect the American Dream of housing opportunities for all, while working to achieve professional success for its members who build communities, create jobs and strengthen our economy. The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) helps its members build communities. Each year, NAHB’s members construct about 80% of the new homes built in the United States, both single-family and multifamily. A federation of more than 700 state and local associations, NAHB represents more than 140,000 members. About one-third are home builders and remodelers. NPGA National Propane Gas Association

About NPGA. The National Propane Gas Association (NPGA) is the national trade association representing the U.S. propane industry. NPGA membership includes small businesses and large corporations engaged in the retail marketing of propane gas and appliances; producers and wholesalers of propane equipment; manufacturers and distributors of propane gas appliances and equipment; fabricators of propane gas cylinders and tanks; and propane transporters. With a membership of approximately 2,800 companies in all 50 states, 38 affiliated state or regional associations, and members in 19 foreign countries, NPGA represents every segment of the propane industry. Mission. To advance safety and to increase the use of propane through sound public policy. History. NPGA was originally formed in 1931 as the National Bottled Gas Association. The founders were H. Emerson Thomas (Phillips Petroleum Co.), George Oberfell (Phillips Petroleum Co.), and Mark Anton (founder and president of Suburban Propane Gas Corp. Anton was named president of the association. NCPGA North Carolina Propane Gas Association

About the North Carolina Propane Gas Association, NCPGA. Founded in 1957 in order to promote, protect, and encourage the growth of the LP-Gas industry in the State of North Carolina. For the past 56 years this non-profit association has been working to protect the interest of our industry, our members and our consumers. The propane industry is rapidly growing into one of the nation’s highly used fuels in the home, business, recreation and industrial settings. Propane is utilized for cooking, water heating, heating, drying, lighting, engine fuel, refrigeration, incineration, cutting and welding.
